My first essay topic that I think is going to allow me to write the most is, "Eater vs. Distributer". I feel like I could have many reasons on the way of explaining and coming up with certian details and examples. Another essay topic that I will use is going to be

An Apple A Day Synopsis

An apple a day was pretty much said to be that it was the health care unit that is really looking into this and knows that if you are eating a apple a day, it should help with your health! Although sometimes people meaning younger teens always say oh no apples are going to do much for us; they really do and I think it is amazing that the health nutrionets have been able give and show some actual point where it tells/shows that it really does help. All in all this article should be watch by many young adults to show and explain how much important it really is to have a healthy eating style.

Vocab #1 Fall

In expository reading and writing, I have learned a lot already. I find that using a composition book to keep all of my assignments together is very helpful in this coarse. I really feel that Dr. Preston is going to assuage this class so that we have a easier time with it. There will be a time where decadence will come into play as well I am sure. There are many topics or books that will be hackneyed only because we have seen or read them already. I know for a fact there will be a time again where we come together for a Socratic Seminar and a coalition will be formed. I am going to push myself and transcend through out this semester because I know I can do it! Some people deserve this and end up being very meritorious. There will be days where many of us have that lurid feeling and aren't too sure of a book or maybe a new topic but I know we will get though it. There will be no time for petulant people in the class because we all want to learn and we all need to understand.

REFLECTIONS ON WEEK 1

REFLECTIONS

1.) No, there are no factors that are going to limit my participation or expierence in this class this year.

2.) The best learning expierence was an actual hands on lab for a marine class I was in. We traveled to the Avila Marine Center and were having to disect a Squid. My dad actually came along on the trip with me to help out and I was also accompanied by my fellow class mates at the time. This certian expierence taught me that I do learn better when I actually have hands on types of labs not just the reading the paper and answering questions lab. I now know from that that I do much better when I have the chance to do something and see it; not a reading and book reader learner.

3.) I am looking forward to learning how to actually read and understand a book without any problems. I feel that if I have a problem in knowing how to do something or having a misunderstanding in a certian topic or any topic; I know I can go to you and talk to you about whatever my questions may be. I think it will make a difference in my life only because it is teaching me that  I can do something when I have a great teacher teaching me, guideing me and helping me throughout the period I am trying to accomplish the task.

My Big Question

I have always wanted to know as a young teenager, what the world is going to be like when I am 50+. I can only begin to imagine the technology and different types of inventions for years to come. If I could invent one type of invetion it would have to be being able to look forward in time to see what is ahead of you and if you aren't liking the way it looks, being able to change right then and there. It would be amazing!

It's All Latin To Me

"He who begins is half done. Dare to be wise. Make a beginning."

This translation is a way of saying that starting something is only half of the battle, finishing it is a whole other project. The second half of this quote means don't be afraid to take a chance, start something new and don't settle for the same things that all of your fellow friends do.
